Asisstant Finance Manager Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR Corporate – Accounting / Full-time / Hybrid apply for this job Responsibilities Prepare month-end closing, reconciliations and financial reporting on a timely basis Prepare audit schedules and perform financial analysis as required Coordinate with the internal and external parties to handle day-to-day duties Assist in year end audit enquiries for responsible entities Provide support for daily financial functions within the team Provide accounting and financial reporting assistance with new business initiatives Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned Requirements Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent 5 years of work experience in finance and/or accounting. Experience with Big 4 audit firms is considered a plus Qualified Accountant with professional qualifications such as HKICPA or equivalent is advantageous Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently Good time management skills and the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Interests in leveraging AI for automation is a plus Immediate availability is preferred Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Finance Associate #LI-CW1 We may use artificial intelligence tools to analyze the content of your Resume/CV against the specific requirements for the position.
