Pantera Capital is seeking to raise up to $1.25 billion to establish “Solana Co.,” a Nasdaq-listed treasury vehicle dedicated to Solana. The plan involves $500 million in initial funding and $750 million via warrants, aiming to build the largest institutional Solana treasury to date. If successful, it would surpass all existing corporate Solana holdings, boosting institutional adoption and liquidity for SOL. The initiative reflects growing interest in Solana, with other firms like Galaxy Digital, Jump Crypto, and Multicoin Capital also pursuing large-scale Solana strategies. Pantera, managing billions in assets, has already invested $300 million in digital asset treasuries.
