Singapore, September 2025 — As the city prepares for TOKEN2049, an event known for its back-to-back panels, investor meetings, and satellite conferences, one gathering is breaking the mold. On October 4, a curated group of entrepreneurs, investors, and web3 builders will step away from the conference halls for the “2049 Sunrise Run – Dopamine Rush”, a sunris run and post-race gathering designed to reframe how industry leaders connect.
The program begins with a morning run through Singapore, bringing together around sixty participants. The idea: to exchange the usual noise of networking cocktails for the natural rhythm of movement. After the run, attendees will gather at a private villa for recovery, guided exercises, and small-group conversations by the pool. The morning will conclude with a discussion on tokenization and the changing dynamics of digital assets, placing physical activity and reflective dialogue at the center of interaction.
Circolo, an experience design studio known for curating high-level gatherings in global tech and cultural hubs, describes the initiative as part of a cultural shift in web3: moving away from transactional encounters toward curated spaces that foster authentic connections. The studio sees the Sunrise Run as an experiment in redefining what it means to build relationships in an environment saturated with panels and pitches.
